This is a great video demonstrating how you may want to shop at the grocery store. The person in the video shows how it fast and easy it is to eat healthy. I agree with everything he purchased, except for the sausage at the end. The sausage may be high in protein but is usually highly processed and has tons of sodium. Enjoy!

This is a great video showing you how to do a Butterfly Pull Up. This is a great technique for any one looking to better their FRAN time or to just crank out their Pull Ups much faster. I like the butterfly because it makes you utilize your core and legs.
