What Do You Believe?

Is belief a necessary component of action? How much does what you believe is possible affect what you are willing to try? I have found more and more lately that taking action has little or nothing to do with whether I believe I can do something. Do I want it? Am I committed to having it? If so, what are the actions that it is going to take to get there? Is there really a downside? Sometimes I feel like the biggest victory is just making the declaration and taking the first step. I know that if I look to the thing itself it may actually seem unbelievable, but if I take just one step, I am actually one step closer. Can you commit to one unbelievable achievement?
Should I go to CrossFit today….or stay home and have a Bud?

As your coach, I love to see you guys pushing one another through these agonizing workouts. One of the things that make CrossFit so great is the community. We are a community of individuals trying to become more. A community of individuals trying to become better and more fit than we were last year. So when I see you guys cheering one another on, as you are grasping for air, or when you just completed your WOD, you go to cheer on your workout partners as they try to finish theirs. You guys rock!
