Handstand Push Ups

Added On: 10.19.11

We have more individuals who are able to do a Handstand Push Up, or kick up into a Handstand on their own now. It’s great see everyone become more comfortable with this movement. I have shown everyone multiple progressions for this movement. This is something you can practice at home!

Steve Jobs

If you turned on the news yesterday or today, you already know that the world lost a great man yesterday. Steve Jobs, the founder and CEO of Apple died of Pancreatic Cancer at the young age of 56. Those of you that train here know I am a huge fan of Apple products. You’ll see iPad’s, iPhone’s, an iMac, etc., when walking around the gym. Steve Jobs’ commitment to excellence was second to none. He changed the way the world listened and purchased music and how people use computers. Unfortunately, with the billions of dollars that Steve was worth, he could not buy his health. I do not know the specifics of Steve Jobs’ health situation. But I do know, like myself, that he would have probably given every penny he owns to be healthy again. This is just a reminder that your health is what is most important. Taking care of your health starts now! Not tomorrow, not January 1st, etc..

PS- I highly recommend you Google or Wikipedia the life of Steve Jobs. Imagine being fired from the company you started and by the very people you helped recruit. That is exactly what happened to Steve.
