This is a great commercial by Adidas regarding CrossFit. Adidas is an international clothing company that recognizes how big CrossFit has become and how CrossFit reaches people all over the planet. Pay close attention to Heather in the 2nd half of the video. I think she has some words of wisdom you may like.
