The Muscle Up is one of the most challenging movements we use in CrossFit for most individuals. John has been trying to get his first Muscle Up for quite some time now. John set a goal with Art and Brian, that all three of them had to complete one Muscle Up within 30 days or the penalty would be 100 Burpees for time. John and Brian, have accomplished their goal by now being able to execute a Muscle Up. I am confident that Art will be next in line for his 1st Muscle Up very, very soon!
