The Muscle Up is one of the hardest movements we utilize in CrossFit. Many of you have been trying for quite some time to get your first one.
A few days ago we did a workout called “Nate” that required Muscle Ups in the WOD(workout of the day). So we always give people an opportunity to get their first Muscle Up before workouts like Nate. Here are videos of Roger and Ricky getting their first Muscle Ups.
